We talked about fitness can play an important role not only in your physical health but also in your spiritual health and character development.    Jake Lockert is a former CrossFit athlete and the Director of Online Programming for CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, TN. He is also a coach and physical therapist providing care for the athletes at CrossFit Mayhem.
