Scholar George Yancey is no stranger to this podcast and I am excited to feature him on the show again. We recently got to do a live Q&A at my church when George came to speak on Beyond Racial Division. I got to receive questions submitted from our congregation to ask him as well as share some of my own questions. He holds a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Texas and began his carrier studying interracial relationships and multiethnic churches. Since 2019, he has been at Baylor University working on a joint appointment in Sociology and the Institute of Religious Studies.
